Delete Your IngFactz Account

The fastest way to delete your account is inside IngFactz: open the Settings tab and choose Delete account & data. You’ll be asked to confirm, and your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

If you can no longer sign in to the app, email us from the address on your account at support@cgsols.com with the subject “Delete my IngFactz account,” and we will process the deletion for you.

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (email and display name), your full scan history (product names, types, and scores), any saved items, and your subscription plan records from our database.

Photos you scanned are never stored by IngFactz, so there is nothing to delete there. Records held by the app stores (Apple / Google) or by RevenueCat for a completed purchase are governed by those providers’ own retention policies.

Deletion is not immediate. When you request it, your account is scheduled for removal and permanently erased 30 days later. During those 30 days your data is retained but unused, and simply signing in again restores the account and cancels the deletion.

Once the 30 days elapse, your account, scan history, saved items, and plan records are deleted from our database and cannot be recovered. The grace period exists so an accidental deletion isn’t irreversible.
